we regret to inform that we are not happy with the school pick up and drop timing, when school session timing is 8.15 am (start) and 2.55 pm (closing), why buses start leaving late from the school around 3.30 pm for drop and similar way they pick up children in the morning 6.45 am which is also too early.

It may be convenient for transport division but not appropriate for children specially class I to VII and the same is not acceptable.

You are hereby requested to look in to the matter and find the better solution and to maintain the same timing as per previous schedule of timing.

failing which we have no other options except to take up the said issue with higher and competent authority.
