Our neighbors Gary and Adrian are very loud. We cannot enjoy an evening outside without them trying to talk over us. If we turn on the radio they turn theirs on to make theirs louder. If we are talking they talk louder. Gary is constantly talking very loud and at all hours of the day and night. They have a new baby which for the most part they ignore. Gary mocks the child when he cries. Adrian and Gary have no regard for their neighbors and when they argue it is usually loud and in the front of the house so everyone can hear them. We would like them to be evicted from the premises they live in and make our street quiet once again.
