They should be the ones to leave not the Sayed. He has changed the face of Dearborn for the better and has helped many people in need. A lot of people, including myself have grown under his guidance. To loose such a scholar is like loosing your way on the road when the signs are right in front of you. Keep the Sayed and make the board leave
