The Muppet Show was one of the most iconic and famous shows of the 1970's and 80's made by the great late Jim Henson. With this primetime variety show, it was aimed for adults, but kids could watch it too, creating the ultimate family show and becoming one of the most iconic shows of all time. After 5 seasons and 120 episodes in syndication, the muppet show ended its run in 1981, but the muppets lived on through feature films and television specials still the iconic puppets they were during the show's run, but the muppets got a little shaken when their creator, Jim Henson, unfortunately passed away in May of 1990. While the muppets lived on, they were far less popular.Soon, in 2004, the Walt Disney Company bought the muppets in a hope to ressurect them to their former glory in the 1970's and 80's. Part of their ressurection was releasing muppet productions on DVD. Just one year later, Disney generously released the very first season of the muppet show on DVD with tons of extra features, but sadly a few cuts. It was extremely succesful becoming the #1 best selling DVD on amazon at one time, an extremely impressive feat. Awed by the success, in 2007 Disney released the second season on DVD, uncut! The success of that led to the third season of the muppet show to be released on DVD, again uncut, on May 20,2008. Then in 2009, at the D23 Expo, Disney announced that season 4 of the muppet show was coming in 2010.It's 2014 now, and the set is nowhere to be found!It's been a full six years since the release of season three, and we still haven't got the set or season five on DVD. We need to get these two last seasons on DVD, to preserve and cherish the wonderful work of the late Jim Henson, and I'm not the only one, there have been petitions to and fro for this, and in the video below, a legitimate muppet asks Disney for it. I'm not sure if Disney refuses to release the set or some guest star refuses to release their episode or those song owners refuse to let Disney to release it, and if that's the case then, Whoever is not letting Disney to release the muppet show season 4 and 5 then please stop and let them, all the guest stars from the first three seasons or their estates let them release their songs, so why do you have to act like this?

So, I urge Disney to release the set, because of me and everyone else in the world wishing to view the last two seasons of the muppet show.
