Renee Dzurella Plata aka Renee Palmer is a Kiowa Casino employee located in Devol Oklahoma. Renee is also a Kiowa Tribal member. Renee has been publicly vocal expressing her personal opinions involving Kiowa Tribal Government issues using facebook and other online social media outlets, as well as having her personal opinions printed in the local public newspapers during working hours while on duty. This is a clear violation of RICO Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. and the Hatch Act of 1939. We have several documents (Screenshots) with both time and location stamps showing she was actively taking part while on the clock. This petition seeks the dismissal of her employment with the Kiowa Casino for these violations.

It is not necessary for the members of the Kiowa Nation of Oklahoma General Council to sign this petition because they are the sponsors and as members agree to the petition.
