The purpose of this petition is to dismiss the Tri-county Outlaws from the CFPO leagues. The purpose of the leagues are to develop and encourage all children to participate regardless of skill set in their local communities. In the regular season selects teams are not allowed to participate in regular seasons games! However they are allowed in special events such as holiday bowls and any event where select teams are allowed.( To clarify a select team is comprised of selected players from different counties to make one team hence a select team). The games that the Tri-county Outlawz has already played and won will considered a forfeit. The rules are clearly set! Camps and practices are clearly defined as when they may start! The Tri-county Outlawz started camps and practices in July and had 6 coaches and 25 talented players has already selected. On July 10, 2013 Laura Chris Parella-Billings says on Facebook "That's why we travel 45minutes on way to be on the greatest football team!!!!!! Go OUTLAWZ!!!!!!! We have 6 great coaches and 25 talented players!!!!!!
