All cases should be thoroughly investigated and treated in a fair and justice based manner. It's a tragedy these incidents are occurring quite frequenly-however, life itself has imposed such an enormous amount of stress which easily causes any person to occasionally loose focus on things that are very important. I literally have sticky notes all over my home, car and office and still fail to accomplish all of the important items on my lists because I often get blindsided or distracted by so many other events.... I have been observing this father and the emotional guilt is enough pain for him to endure..... We need to be more focused on the child that disappeared right out of her yard in Canton-does her life matter????

This gentleman did not commit a crime; he simply made a tragic mistake that will haunt him for the rest of his life.

Do justice, but with mercy, and be humble. A prosecution here is pointless.

Justice should be blind. If the white woman wasn't charged, He shouldn't be charged.
