Alan Shatter is a disgrace. His comments, and those of Callianan, have convinced me that our police force is not only unfair, but is being encouraged to be unfair by the government, and the minister for justice.

A Lot More Still To Come Out Regarding Shatter& Callinan

Shatter has dragged the Justice portfolio through the mud, with nothing but damage to both the Judiciary and the Gardai. Without him in office, the Justice department would operate in a less autocratic and divisive manner

The blueshirts never went away, they just changed their name. Shatter and callinan must resign as well as anyone in government backing them.

Minister for Injustice. There should be no need for a petition such as this. He needs to go.

Given the level of support Shatter is being given by his cronies in government, they should all resign.

The minister whose honourable behaviour is the most important for trust for state institutions has betrayed the trust of his office by not only turning a blind eye to misconduct but by misleading the Dail repeatedly in the defence of the Commissioner and undermining the Ombudsmans office.
