This petition is being written in an effort to make Dish Network accountable for their lack of honesty and customer commitment. If you are, or have been in the past, a Dish Network customer and experienced problems with the the service you received, was offered a product for 'free' by a customer service representative of Dish, who failed to disclose the actual terms, conditions, and cost of said product, please sign this petition. Also, if you have experienced loss of satellite signal on MANY occasions with no logical explaination for the loss, please sign. (Mine went out constantly, then after 2 years I was told it was because my receiver was bad) It is time consumers hold businesses accountable for NOT receiving what they pay for, and NOT have to pay for what they DO NOT receive.
