I think serious consideration should be took in this case . Anyone who works for themselves knows how hard it is to keep up to date with everything. It's just been a mistake we all make them. Please look at this case again and use common sence .

This family have made their lives in Scotland. They have invested a lot of money to build a business which is valued in the community. The Home Office is nit-picking about a deadline, and very meanly have removed this man's driving licence, making life more difficult than it should be. Scotland needs people this! Pay attention Home Office and look at what we would be losing if you deport the Zielsdorf family.

Please let common sense prevail; how can the UK possibly benefit by ridding itself of hardworking people such as this family?

I cannot believe that this is happening in Scotland. I wish so much that we had home rule and this family could stay and be part of Scotland.

Decent law abiding people, the very type of person we need to keep.

They are an asset to the country not a drag on the communal purse or purporting to be children when they are clearly not.

This is a clear case of bureaucracy gone mad and justice having gone out of the window. The "authorities" need to take a closer look at this case and put matters right.
