Pastors and religious leaders all over the world constantly bash LGBT people making threatening statements such as "gays are going to hell", "God did not make Adam and Steve", "God hates gays" and many other statements and slogans to single out gays. We are banned and singled outfrom participating in choirs or any activities, because of the way we look. Discrimination is predjudicial treatment of an individual or group based on their actual or perceived membership in a certain group or category. Due to the ignorance and lack of wisdom thereof, suicide has increased in LGBT who attend churches who discriminate and factually homosexuals are six times more likely to commit suicide than heterosexuals and more are alcoholics. I would like for Pastors and religious leaders to be banned from speaking against homosexuality in any way from their sermons, speeches and to refrain from using God or higher power tosay that we are incorrect, or will burn in hell. Also tonot be rejected to participate in activities, because of our sexual preference.
