I am so tired of employers making their employees cover tattoos with bandaids, taking peircings out or covering them with bandaids. And the most extreme is firing you or not hiring you in the first place.
How is this fair? These things are part of our body. Why should we have to cover them up. I can understand having to cover up a tattoo that may come across offensive but most tattoos are art and non-offensive.
Asking me to cover my tattoos because you don't like them is like me making you wear a hat because I don't like you haircut. Is that right? No.

SERIOUSLY. I have half sleeves and its never stopped me from meeting my sales quotas. People need to stop judging books by the cover.
