Discovery Gardens Nightmares!

I am a resident of Dubai, living in Discovery Gardens. I am complaining about struggles in Discovery Gardens community, and it's affecting my everyday life on all levels:
1. The traffic problem outbound in the morning and inbound in the afternoon. We need more exists in the area, a better design of traffic lights and routing in the area.
2. Smell: The water used in watering the plants in the area has a very bad smell.
3. The smell in the area caused by the facility in Discovery Gardens entrance.
5. The flooding of water/smelly water that happens around the Ibn Battuta area. Not only the smell, but the disturbance of traffic, difficulty to walk and it's causing issue to our cars.
We ask you to to resolve those issues ASAP. We request Nakheel to address those issue. We demand the local government to enforce Nakeel to comply.
