We need a significant discount to the school fees specially that we are responsible to support our children all day to manage the requires from them. We are paying high fees for a service that we are not getting anymore. Our children are no more considering PE or music classes these are just example.

I have 3 kids registered with all the yearly upfront fees, in order to try and manage cash flow and ensure we didn't have to worry about fees throughout the year. It was the first time we decided to do it like this and now we are left with no school for the children and having paid upfront and also being under considerable financial strain due to the current circumstances we really need this money back.

Love the school and teachers efforts but agree that facilities are not used, kids are missing on a lot of stuff like libraries, swimming pool, social connection and let alone the program is reduced. Thinks its a fair request of 30% discount to support all the families here as well.

This is a fare request. We need to get discounts because the value we are getting at this moment with home schooling is very much lower than what we have paid for originally. Our children are not able to engage properly with distant learning because teachers are not well prepared for such work. And all parents ended up sharing in the bulk of the teaching work at home. Every parent I know is complaining of the ineffectiveness of the distant learning initiative. In addition, our children are not using any of the school facilities at any level, and we are still being charged for them. Perhaps, it is not fair to blame the school or the teacher for such lack of ineffectiveness. This is ok in light of the unexpected impact and results of the corona virus. But it is also, in the same weight, not far to ask the parents to shoulder 70% of the teaching work and receive less than 20% effectiveness with distant learning and still ask parents to pay for the full tuition fees. Yes, sure, school will have some financial problems. But it is not fair to pass such financial problems to us, the parents. This needs to stop. At least 50% of school fees should be discounted. And the school should refund to parents the difference in fees that have been paid already, and also should wave all other remaining fees of any kinds to the parents. Thank you
