As a citizen of the Province of Ontario and recognizing Queen Elizabeth II as our sovereign, We are petitioning the Lt Governor of Ontario, The Hon. David C. Onley to WARN the Hon. Dalton Mc Guinty, Premier of Ontario, recognized as the Premier and leader of the current sitting government of the Province of Ontario. And TO IMMEDIATELY and without delay "warn" the Mc Guinty Government to release the Full un-redacted agreement between The Queen and the Samsung Corporation and the Korea Electric Corporation. And TO release said agreement to the Auditor General of the Province of Ontario, Mr Jim Mc Carter and also to the Lt Governor Of Ontario Hon. David C. Onley for review of the entire unredacted agreement due to the previously stated reason of "confidentiality that is intrinsic to the agreement" a statement made by the Mc Guinty Government. AND The Queen is a primary party to the Agreement and the continued refusal of the Mc Guinty Government to disclose the full details of the agreement is a affront to transparency, accountability and democracy. DISCLOSE THE DETAILS DALTON, that is all we are requesting.
