Dear Lieutenant Governor Treadwell,
I am writing to request that you disclose publicly the correspondence between you, Art Hackney, and the Attorney General.  The Alaska Dispatch and Mat-Su Frontiersman reported that you allowed Hackney to withdraw names from the SB 21 repeal petition via a third party website.  In the interest of transparency, please disclose your correspondence with Hackney and the opinion from the Attorney General that permits you to accept such withdrawals of signatures.  The integrity of our referendum/initiative process is important for Alaska's democracy.
