Dear NFL and NFLPA: The NFL has experienced problems with it's discipline system that need to be solved. The disagreement over the new Personal Conduct Policy needs to be solved soon. Please come to an agreement soon. There needs to be clear rules for consistent, fair, and harsh discipline for players that break the Personal Conduct Policy. NFL players need to set an example for the people, especially the children, watching.

Players getting paid millions should act like adults. Its just sad what we see on tv these days.
