It is time to disband the Texas alcoholic beverage commission TABC. They harass bully and extort from businesses holding a overly ridiculously expensive permit over the heads of those businesses. Their primary intent is to pull money from those establishments that sell alcohol for no other reason than to put in their pockets. Because of that businesses go under, are bullied are shut down and have to jack up the prices on their customers in order to survive. With all of the new covid regulations instituted by Governor Abbott they have bullied businesses and shut them down even though they have no legitimate proof that the things that they are charging them with are valid reasons to penalize. Lets stop the harassment the bullying and the extortion and let's get back to allowing businesses to run and people to be responsible for themselves. In addition we need to petition to get Abbott out of office he has destroyed the state of Texas.

There are no checks and balances and they answer to only crooked Abbott.
