The KFCB overstepping is absurd and trying to kill kenyan arts and morale to find other means of living is purely inhumane. This has to stop. Kenyans are o their knees with tax charges and hard times.

The government should have no rights to art made by free citizens.
Also displaying art especially for free on Websites with inbuilt parental features such as YouTube should also not be licensed because this stifles upcoming artists. Big productions such as feature length films and ad campaigns could be licensed though.

It's very counterproductive for a few people in high positions to oppress creatives by making them pay fees without any guarantee of earning anything at first.
Let Kenyans be creative and make their mark on the world.
With regards to the fees on YouTubers; YouTube isn't even owned by them. It's like forcing someone to pay rent on a room that you don't own or aren't an agent of.
