Its crap...basically the whole idea. Sounds just like a scam....huyu chairman its time you quit being a puppet to a regime and think about these ordinary Kenyans...
How is the government a stakeholder in these social media sites...and don't you think your limiting our freedom of expression
It would make more sense to overtax us when it comes to the service providers
