Making it expensive, distortion or whatever the cash is ment for is not what kenya needs..just print guidelines on how not to shoot a video and if an artist is found doint the wrong thing handle it as a case by case...

I hereby sign this petition to disband KFCB and the corresponding regulations since it negates the gains we've made in the new constitution and curtails youth empowerment both economically and socially.
