Kenya needs to be encouraged to make better globaly competitive productions. Such stringent measures discourage up coming film makers.

Creativity should be allowed to thrive and whether we like it or not, the world has become smaller and therefore, more and more people are getting exposed to globalization. I do not believe that this is necessarily a negative thing since we are able to learn from one another and one cannot therefore truthfully and sincerely state that they are foreign cultures and values are contributing to the rot within our society. The creativity espoused by the various talents and gifts of the art, music and film, is universal and should not be stifled by an individual who thinks he is demigod determining what is good or bad for the interested party or audience. local producers/directors, film makers, artisans, thespians, should be left to flourish and market their talents within and beyond. Ezekiel Mutua is overstepping his mandate and should be stopped before he suffocates the talent and gifts of the art and film industry which many are striving to establish both for the local and international scene. Let the viewership be managed by the standard rating according to the type of audience and age.

We can't have retrogressive regulations. Let think ahead to promote not to oppress.

Petition Signed. I think the regulation is retrogressive. There is a disconnect between Ezekiel Mutua(Age) and the technological world. You don't oppress creativity, you create an app to detect and control content. We can't watch our industry doing down.
