This law is utterly unneccessary. Social Media videos have helped in passing tones of useful information. I would rather suggest we ban vulgar and disturbing videos. How can talents be discovered without putting them up? This law will completely diminish the already weak talent industry. You should focus your energy and finances on building talents instead.
