I believe the BGPOA. Needs to be disband and reprimanded for the dislawful use of their powers and their biased veiws on people's homes.

My son lives out there and I have been looking into purchasing land out there to build on. The POA makes it almost impossible with all of their restrictions. I undertand what an HOA is supposed to do in a housing development and I am not fond of them either. Although at least most HOA add beauty, pools ect to their subdivisions. There may be some unsightly properties around the area but those people and their familes have been there for years they are who made up that area so help them instead of helping tyem lose their homes with all of your restrictions. An now I am reading that you the POA has been operating illegally shame on you.
