Disability funds should not be given to disabilities gained theough poor living habits and bad self care. Obesity is a living choice for most americans and those who choose this life style should not gain further cause to aid in their poor choices at the expense of those who choose chose to properly take care of themselves.
only about 4% of the amaerican population has a glandular disorder that leads to obesity, so the other 96% of obese people gained their obesity through poor life style choices and bad habits. This life style has lead to obvious difficulties and illnesses whixh is paid for by the disabilities act, paid for out of taxes.
