Terrible, terrible service. also billing date was wrong under my account. Next Bill said Feb 8th a day before my monthly renewal. I thought my monthly bill was waived because of all the issues. I was actually happy. Guess who got charged January 8th? This guy.

Agreed! Terrible service and even worse Customer Service! I'm able to stream other individual apps: HGTV, Nick Jr, etc with no problems on Apple TV. DirecTV Now app, nothing but problems!

Having errors for over 30 days now. Customer service terrible and rude. Will not offer refunds and told me it wasn't their problem. This service was created to bamboozle the US government in allowing the AT&T and Time Warner merger. This should not be allowed to happen as we do not need another monopoly taking advantage of its customers.
