We the American people demand the right to change our Constitution by calling National Special Elections of our elected representatives. We demand the right to recall those who sit in either Congressional or Executive offices when the highly politicized special interests of those in Congress refuse to do so. We will seek 3/5 of the voting American citizenry bearing the force of their signatures and will upon our elected governmental officials to do so. If we will not be heard, we will lobby with these petitions to have our cause heard and debated in Congress and push for the Amendment to our U.S. Constitution. If we will not be heard in Congress, we will press for 3/5 of the States to engage us in this process, and for these 30 plus states to sovereignly address the federal government and Congress to enact the measure. We the American people affirm this pursuit of our natural liberties to hold our national leaders accountable by calling these special elections, and affirm this as a natural right bestowed upon us by our Creator to seek the power to redress the grievances of our citizenry.
