Finding a cleaner use for the space would work as well. There has been nothing done at this property for 12+ years.

Let's put up large birdbath or nice statute and plants! This has always made me sad even before I moved here from Yardville.

I had heard one time that the town actually owns it. Not sure if this is true. It is an eyesore. Time to go! I believe the underground gas tanks have already been removed...so it shouldn't be all that big of a deal.

the only thing this building is doing is falling apart, with toxic waste underneath what is the point of continuing to neglect it?
