Digital Rights is proposed as the priviledge of having acsess and control to the internet. It is therefore very important that citizens engage themselves in the growing digital world, which is filled with endless information and opportunities.The lack of access to the internet for citizens will eventually result in the downfall of many citizens as they are being deprived digital knowledge and exposure.Therefore this petition aims to encourage and promote the implementation of digital rights for citizens in communist countries.
