What is holding this up? Is it a matter of funding? Sounds like the perpetrators are connected to local politicians/police.

hi Rafik from Pakistan i been following this for last 3 years . yesterday I had a dream I saw both in basement like place both ware wearing blue t-shirts with Gemini sign on the t shirt.
