It is possible to drill one, or three, pilot holes in the areas of suspicion, without causing any damage to the structural integrity of the car park. The pilot holes can be less than an inch in diameter, providing a wealth of information. Decaying/decayed bodies change the soil chemistry and I am truly baffled as to why this has not been done. Or suggested ? It would be of minimal cost and end, or confirm, speculation about the site. I would be grateful to hear constructive views, knowledge and insight over the idea. I live in the UK and we get alot of USA documentaries, albeit quite alot later than USA airing of TV programs. I must admit I do worry about the amount of unsolved murders and disappearances in the USA. I have been lucky enough to visit, such a wonderful and diverse country, eight times and have meet some wonderful people who have become great friends. This case, feels, to me, that conclusion is so close and my heart goes out to all the family and friends, unconditionally.

I feel the police should at least take up a small spot in the hospital garage where 3 anomalies was found by ground penetrating radar, is a 5 minutes from the girls homes and would seem the perfect place to hide bodies. Why cant the police take up a small section where 1 of the anomalies has been found ???

It would bring so much peace to the affected families and help lay many rumors about the girls to rest.

The hospital should understand the communities need for closure on this case. Its the right thing to do.

Use exploratory drilling (core samples), one per anomaly. This would end any speculation about the Cox Hospital South parking garage being the final resting spot of the Springfield 3.

I've just watched this case on disappeared. Why on earth isn't someone just taking a core sample just to make sure those poor womens bodies aren't there? Isn't it about time the rumours were put to rest once and for all?

As I have closely witnessed a brutal murder of someone I love I am ashamed of anyone who has a part in not looking further into this tip. If these women are to be eventually found in this parking garage I fully believe someone should be held responsible. This is disgraceful to their memory and their loved ones. It is outright disrespectful to the memory of these beautiful souls

I have followed this case since it first happened. Rumors about this parking garage have circulated for decades. It is time to do a core sample to either rule it out as a burial site, or rule in the need for further excavation.

Robert Cox is a prime suspect. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence the hospital where the victims may have been buried is named “Cox” along with the police spokesperson who stated SPD would not conduct the dig bears the same name “Cox.” If there’s $42k available for tips leading to an arrest/conviction and a specific spot has been determined where 3 bodies/graves may potentially be in the lot, why not give it a go? Maybe get a second person to scan the same spot for confirmation before digging and compare the scans to other cases where bodies have been found. If it looks promising, this may be the only lead left. A gofundme should be able to raise the capital; surely, there’s enough public support to meet the financial demands with all the publicity it’s been given.
