Descendants of African Slaves, We seek Redress from all those who profitted from the Transatlantic Slave Trade Educationally and Economically from each Country or Continent shall give what General William T. Sherman's Excuetive Order stated to President Lincoln which gave and Excuetive Order giving all Freedmen 40 acres, a mule and a Fifty Dollar Gold piece. This field order was honored by President Lincoln after his death President Andrew Johnson vetoed the field order and returned the Land to the White Slave Owners, The 17th President Johnson of America was impeached for High Crimes and misdeamonors and Human Rights is a High Crime. Our Human Rights were taken and Redress never given. The Physocological, Physical,and Emotional damage still lingers. Once Slavery was abolished in 1863 the Texas Slaves did not know until 1865, Then the Vagrancy Laws were implemented and the 13th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States "No man shall be held as a Slave unless duly convicted of a crime, no home back to being a Slave nice and legal they broke the Law! This information and evidence is documented fact. We propose 200ys interest on the Fifty Dollar Gold piece or 1.5 million dollars per each Captive Descendant Famiy from and internatonal level which includes Africa. Captive Descendants have been kept down in America and Criminalized by their Captors. Once freed no Federal Protection leaving us vunerable to every hate group that formed once Slavery ended. Murders, Rapes, Burning of homes, Churches, and Human Beings. Still the US Constitution reflects 3/5ths Person which shall be removed. Our Redress for Education would be no Tuition for Captive Descendants to Universites, as long as they carry a 3.0 GPA under that they shall be accepted at their Community Colleges free Tuition and Books our people in some areas are still illerate that has to change. The only way to excell is through Education America has not taught Our History as a part of it's History Classes in School which shall be included as a part of America's History. We propose Educational Redress due to Brown vs. The School Board. However winning did not help, inner city kidds recieve outdated Books which does not educate nor stimulate our children. White Children recieve the best Captive Descendant Children less than the SAT's Demand.
