As recent storms resulted in surface water drainage flooding from city streets on to many lots in our neighborhood, and as such flooding also occurred in July 2012, and thus can no longer be treated as a once in a lifetime threat, the Sand Town neighborhood residents of St.George request that the City of St. George immediately:

1. install a storm drain under Diagonal street to capture flood waters flowing off of the red hill, and

2. take any additional measures to protect Sand Town lots from surface water drainage flooding.
