please reduce the fees by 30 percent as a minimum

Reduce the fees for both of my children as salary cut from the company and the only earning member in the family. And make it flexible payment over the year

Would be appreciated greatly if fees are reduced due to the current difficult situation .

The previous configuration was not perfect but it allowed all students to be in school every day. We regret that the other parents prefer to sacrifice their children's learning to the convenience of the pick-up/drop off arrangement, it is extremely short sighted of them. We also regret that the DIA campus is too small to accommodate all students in school. Most other private schools in the area will be open every day as their campus are not overcrowded. As you can see we are now faced with a difficult situation imposed on us by the overcrowding of the campus caused by DIA's management greed, and by other parents pick-up/drop-off convenience in disrespect of children's educational needs. The school arrangement should not be dictated by convenience but by what is better for the children.

Looking for support and understanding from the school during this difficult times with a fee reduction & instalments.

DIA has proposed a schedule were parents are required to administer their children’s learning for 50% of the time. This impacts on their ability to work with many having o make alternative arrangements, incurring additional costs. Fee reduction inline with this hybrid learning module Is a fair and Just request to offset these costs.
