Yes, a lot of room for improvement - great visuals, music, voice actors, story, gameplay - but game code developpers and IAP are ruining this game :(

Feels like I'm playing a game during beta: bugs and crashes everywhere. Playing the game is like playing a slot machine, except that this machine is rigged. Spent hundred of dollars just to get duplicated Obscurus Armor. Are the developers being paid minimum wage, or are they really that incompetent?

New updates always brings tons of bugs, a rigged Random Number Generator (RNG) so you won't ever get the items you need, poor customer service, almost all events designed to force players to buy gems (IAP), and the list goes on.

Im totally agree with this petition. Even the CS is not very responding to cust's complaint, and also there's an unreasonable ban to some people who play it fair and square while they let hackers run freely.
I've spent more than $200 on this game, but now im starting to regret it seeing how greed the developer is. The wanted challenge event is so god damn impossible to win it without using gems. I spent more than 1000 gems on 1 wanted challenge, but its still not enough to evolve the item set that I got into T5 in just 1 event. So I gotta wait for the same element event to occur again so I can evolve both of the armor and weapon to T5.

Dungeon Hunter 5 is free to download, but some contents are accessible through In-App purchases.
Even though Dungeon Hunter 5 is offering some content through In-App purchases, the game isn’t once which could be considered “Pay to win”. IAP are designed to keep the game balanced and enjoyable for everyone, for instance the more seasoned player will be able to progress through challenging scenarios, but a more casual player may find themselves getting stuck more frequently – and so they have the option to assist their progression with in-app purchases.
There is no Paywall in Dungeon Hunter 5. You will not be required to spend money to play the game to completion - you may sometimes find it more challenging (to which, can be far more fun), but you can enjoy all features of the game without spending any money.
Our forums are open to everyone, and we'd love to discuss this matter with you there.
