This is totally unacceptable. An Animal shelter's definition is shelter is a place where stray, lost, abandoned and surrendered (mostly dogs and cats and sometimes wounded wildlife are kept and rehabilitated. Free Sheba!! Give her back to her elderly companion, Pepe. You are killing them both slowly. Be kind, and caring to those with no voice! GIVE HER BACK!!

Devore is responsible for keeping Sheba, an 11 year old dog, in a small cage for 16 months. She has never been allowed out, not even for a walk. Her 81 year old owner visits her three times a day for 5 minutes only through the cage bars. Her offense was biting one dog who is fine. Sheba has no social interaction, no bed, no toys. This is animal cruelty, and Greg Beck has the power to change her living conditions but won’t.

A good man who depends on his support dog Sheba that the shelter has kept way too long. Her gated yard is ready..so please give her and his remaining years the ability to be together on this Earth!

Please shut Devore down and charge Greg Beck and employees with animal abuse, especially in regards to Sheba! These people care nothing about the animals God has placed in their care!

Shut down Devore animal shelter and do it ASSP!!! It is not a shelter it is a slaughter house. The animals taken there are abused and tortured. They are murdered without a hold time to be adopted. No food or decent water to drink this is so wrong on so many levels in so many ways. Shut them down. Stop giving these sub human things money to treat these poor innocent babies this way. Fire everyone, send the animals to a rescue outside of your state. As far away from these evil people they can get and burn the place down. It is Auschwitz for the poor animals there and most of the workers are the Natzi’s especially the one that enjoys killing these babies. GET HER OUT SHUT THEM DOWN

I knew things were bad at this place but I didn’t know exactly how bad ! I don’t think it could get any worse ! To have a person who takes care of the animals in their cells offer to kill a dog and then admit she liked doing this is wrong on so many levels and the attitude of someone with no conscience ! So much needs to b e done to stop the animals from suffering in this den of evil !

The amount of cruelty and neglect going on in this "shelter" is inexcusable. Why are animal control officers and employees allowed to abuse and neglect these innocent animals that are in their care? These innocent animals cannot help how they got there. It is time to hold these abusers accountable for their heinous acts of cruelty and neglect. Fire everyone and bring in people that truly care about the health and well-being of these innocent animals. Enough is enough already!
