Goodwill is paying some of their developmentally disabled workers as low as 22 cents an hour. If you believe that we need to put a stop to this then sign my petition. Signing my petition you believe that the developmentally disabled should earn at least minimum wage. Remember, you might have a friend, family member, or even a child one day that only makes 22 cents and hour because of his/her developmental disability.
