We, the undersigned Chandler, Arizona residents oppose Ordiance No. 4527, authorizing and approving the sale of 31.22 acres of City-owned property located at the Southwest corner of Gilbert and Ocotillo Roads to DeRito Partners Development, Inc. for development as mixed commercial and residential uses.
