I live at 111 Bonnie Leslie Avenue in Bellevue. This building is becoming more blighted the longer it sits vacant and unused. Renewal of this property would mean more revenue and new residents contributing to the vitality of our community.

Turning a blighted property into classy residential benefits all of Bellevue. Just be sure there is sufficient parking.

As a Bellevue resident I support the proposed zone map amendment. The existing zoning classification is inappropriate, as no developer is going to turn a building that large into 24 condos or apartments. The proposed zoning classification is more appropriate for a building of this size.

As a resident of Bellevue I encourage the zoning board to make the changes necessary to develop this property and enhance our community.
