I tore a house down and had the debris removed it cost less than $6000! My understanding is that the demolition of a home in Detroit is between 10 and $15,000. The city Counsel needs to find out why it costs so much more for a home to be demolished in Detroit that it does in one of the ring cities around Detroit !
