I have lived in this building at 101 Kozlov for several years and found that the management is not willing to address issues that the tenants need to be addressed like up keep of the building that is more than just little paint and some repairs but finishing off all the walls in the hallways and putting down carpets that match not every floor with different colours and different walls painted and it looking like a patch job on ever door of damages and work still after years needing to be done.. this building has many things that even in the apartment that need to be repaired and changed after wear and tear of several years of damage to floors and ceiling as animals are peeing on the floors in the apartment and the ceilings are looking like yellow circles everywhere of smelly dog urination on the ceilings. Refrigerator's and cupboards are so out dated and falling apart and floors only after 4 years are full of scratches and tiles are coming up. Stoves are 25 years old and even the new refrigerator's are having to be replaced as they are poor quality that even the new ones are freezing up badly. Repairs to apartment are not taken serious enough as the rents are far to high for the type of poor quality that is in these very tiny apartments and the value of what you get for your high cost of living in a run down old building that has nothing to warrant the increases in the rent increases.
