The currently existing Fan Club for the most wonderful J-Rock band DespairsRay, is only for people living in Japan, we (the European fans) also want a possibility to join it!!! So we try to gather as many signatures as possible for this petition and then send it to the band and label, with a request to create an official Fan Club in Europe, so we can enjoy all the advantages the Japanese have!
