As a community it is critical that we maintain those buildings that signify it's unique nature. This is one of those buildings. There are plenty of other parcels to develop in the area that are not significant.

So much of Miami's elegant tropical modern architecture is being replaced by vulgar and unsustainable buildings. Let this building keep standing as a part of Coconut Grove's built history.

Although I am not a Florida resident, I am a Florida tourist, and I am concerned that the great mid-century buildings I would love to see will be gone when I get there again. Please consider our mid-century heritage just as important as the eras that came before. Thank you.

Must save Modernist architecture buildings as heritage.
