I have lived in the area for over 30 years and I want to see this building receive an historic designation. Elegant mid century modern. Miami has no sense of history so lets keep this one.

an elegant design - the tower sits on a 3 level garage concealed behind a green berm. How innovative compared to all the bare teeth garages that grace our modern towers? The precast concrete facade is finely modeled and scaled and an effective sunscreen. The cleavage on the SE side is sculptural and functional as it lights the lobbies on all floors with natural daylight. It's a great building, ahead of its time when built, worth saving.

There is a rare and inspiring elegance to this historic structure that is both of a specific era and a specific place. Preserving this structure will well serve both its current and future inhabitants while maintaining a dignity to Cocanut Grove that needs to be carefully protected if it is to retain is unique appeal. Please count me in as a strong supporter of its preservation.

Iconic and sensible building from a time when good office building design did not infer a "tall building".

I live in the neighborhood, and always respected it as one of the best buildings in the Grove. Actually...., thinking about it, it is THE best in its category!
