This store will drive down the values of our homes and drive up our crime rates. The people of DOAZ are NOT poor and don’t want this! Go away!

Traffic is already horrible on 163rd Ave. We do not want this business in our neighborhood, especially close to a school.

We don't want any kind of commercial by our subdivision and the school, especially a Dollar General! If you all want stores and other commercial buildings, go and build it over at 163rd and grand area where we were promised a grocery store and other retail to be developed!

Besides looking horrible, having a Dollar Store right in the middle of a subdivision is a bad idea- we are so far off the path, that if you are going to build something, make it a CONVENIENT store...

I definetly do not want a dollar general! I would prefer a grocery store like Safeway or frys! That is what’s needed!

Keep bargain stores out of nice neighborhoods. Keep them close to highways like US60
