I think you will find the land owner has been working with SturQuest to try and arrive at a sensible solution including using as a skate park BMX track siting a business for bike hire looking for someone to come forward with a plan. So if you have a serious proposal get in touch with SturQuest to put it forward. They are keen to find a temporary solution

Pleaes, Please use this site for a small skate park for the youth, for a park full of green or SOMETHING that gives to the community...even extra parking would be better than what it is now. Thank You, JLC
