It really lets the rest of the town down and is certainly an eyesore

Assume this is below Co-Op ... embarrasing eyesore ... but what about the patch of land at the top of Market Hill also

No excuses, this land is dangerous. Only a matter of time before someone gets crushed by the wire fence. Why not level it and grass it,

Our town is looking so much better,if the land owner cannot afford to build, then just grass it over add a few benches so it does not look like a bomb site of yesteryear.

A simple grass and benches solution would return so much benefit and signal a recovery from this 'dark decade.

This is one of two sites that let the town down very badly. The other is the 'Jubilee Path' which was created some years ago and been left derelict and closed ever since.

Level it and let the market traders use it. Will make the town look nicer and free up the center of traffic every Monday.

When an area isn't taken care of it only gets worse never better and at some point will cause problems.Apart from anything else it looks such a mess and when so much was spent on the buildings behind ie the doctors and the Exchange
