The boy needs a wake up call, deport him until his 21st b-day or for five years. I know that there are other people that do worst but this individuals are not in the public eye, also he is suppose to be a role model for his fans and not what he is.

I feel as though while you are commenting on a BOY who's let his fame go to his head, some of you are insulting your neighbouring country. Why do we get such criticism for his behaviour? He has not made wise decisions but neither have some other stars who were born in the US and catapulted into fame at such a young age.... Illegal substances are easily at your fingertips when you are underage or of age and famous-singer, actor, actress, etc. Not everyone has well grounded, good influences in those industries. That being said Canadians won't like him back either until he gets the help he needs.
