Let it be known to the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole, that the follow people listed want to see Edward Eugene Summers, III parole DENIED on September 24th, 2013 and any time he becomes eligible for parole in the future. His part in the murder of Jame Lee Harper III, has left a mark on this community.  It is our belief that Mr. Summers should serve his entire sentence.
