I love this church! Its a great community church that helps, each other and individuals. I am a amazing person that can and give and provide each individual person, Spirituals, Praising, and loving each, and Housing if needed for a person.

This Church does not have any experience with housing veterans and does not have the community connections needed to make this venture successful.

We need organizations that will add to the tax basis of this town. We need organizations that will give gainful employeement to the residents that already are carrying more than their share of the tax burden. We do not need another rooming house in this town. How will this help the veterans gain employment? Is this another shadow of a rehab center?

Why allow just anyone to reside in our neighborhoods without forethought and planning . The reprocussions of a project such as this in a school zone could be great . please do not approve this project .

I believe that the application for variance should be denied based on all of the reasons listed in the petition. In many aspects the zoning code in Pottstown no longer serves the desire of the taxpayers to revitalize our neighborhoods and attract working families and homeowners. We are vulenrable to non-profit entites like Higher Ground who recongize the opportunities of low property prices and outdated zoning requirements.
